At Veloxverse Pty Ltd (“Veloxverse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take privacy seriously. This Policy explains how we handle personal information across our websites, app, support channels, and financial, remittance, credit, travel, lounge, connectivity, membership, referral, and related services (the “Platform”).

This Policy is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Other laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, New Zealand privacy law, and applicable United States state laws, apply where legally relevant.

  • App usage and navigation logs

e. Location Data

  • Based on IP address or device GPS (for regulatory or fraud prevention purposes)

    • Identity, KYC/AML, fraud, credit, and compliance partners
    • Cloud, infrastructure, CRM, outsourced support, cybersecurity, and storage providers
    • Travel, insurance, telecommunications, analytics, and marketing partners
  • AUSTRAC, ASIC, police, courts, regulators, government authorities, or relevant Australian or overseas departments, when authorised or required by law
  • Financial institutions, lenders, insurers, banks, advisers, auditors, and dispute-resolution bodies
  • Recipients and international partners needed to complete a requested service

Our providers must follow appropriate privacy and security obligations. Independent providers may apply their own policies. Requesting a service authorises necessary sharing, subject always to applicable law.

Global providers and support teams may access, process, or store information in Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, New Zealand, or elsewhere. We apply required safeguards, including APP 8.

  • We assess relevant recipients, locations, purposes, risks, and legal bases
  • Providers acting for us must use appropriate privacy and security safeguards
  • We use contractual, consent-based, or other recognised safeguards where required
