How membership works
Buy a tier, serve any waiting period, then book. Three steps, and the terms spell out each one.

Choose your tier
Five annual tiers, from Explore at AUD $19 to Elite at AUD $499, purchased for a 12-month term at the price shown at checkout.

Activate and start your term
Your membership begins on the activation date in your confirmation, and every waiting period is counted from that date.

Confirm, then use
Request a benefit and get confirmation before you rely on it. A booking made during a waiting period does not secure the later benefit.
Five tiers, from Explore to Elite
Every tier is bought for a 12-month membership term and holds its own entitlements; a higher tier adds to them rather than replacing them. What follows is the full Benefit Schedule, service by service - the one the membership terms refer to.

One membership, seven services
VeloxClub is spent across the ecosystem, not in one place. Here is what each service contributes to the Benefit Schedule.
VeloxPays
Eligible remittance service charges are waived from Silver upward. The waiver is our own service fee only. The exchange-rate margin, correspondent and receiving-bank charges, card charges and taxes are not included.
VeloxLounge
Lounge access, airport dining vouchers worth up to AUD $50, and lounge-pass transfers. Dining vouchers may carry a face value, minimum spend, venue restriction or expiry date, and any excess is payable.
VeloxeSIM
Travel eSIM data included with your membership, so you land already connected. You are responsible for device compatibility and installation, and the allowance expires at the earlier of the eSIM's validity period or your membership expiry.
VeloxTravel
Fast-track boarding, airport Pick & Drop, and reward points on flights, hotels and travel insurance. Fast-track does not guarantee that security, immigration or boarding is completed within a particular time.
VeloxAssist
Meet & Greet booked at least 72 hours ahead, with support that rises from Standard to 24/7 VIP. At Platinum and Elite, unlimited Meet & Greet is for the main member and covers registered family only when travelling together on the same booking.
VeloxCredit
Cashback on eligible loan settlements, paid within 45 business days. VeloxCredit is a credit representative, not the lender. Approval, rate and fees are the lender's decision, and one cashback applies per settled facility.
VeloxClub
Gym access at your tier-based member rate. Gym access is not complimentary. The applicable price and conditions are disclosed before you book.

The membership programme of the VeloxVerse ecosystem. One annual membership unlocks benefits across VeloxPays, VeloxTravel, VeloxCredit, VeloxeSIM, VeloxAssist and VeloxLounge.
Five, each bought for a 12-month term: Explore (AUD $19), Silver (AUD $79), Gold (AUD $249), Platinum (AUD $349) and Elite (AUD $499). Your entitlements are limited to those stated for your active tier, and unused allocations expire at the end of the term rather than rolling over.
Most benefits are available from activation, which is the date on your confirmation and the date every waiting period is counted from. Lounge access, Meet & Greet, airport transfers and air-ticket discounts have a waiting period of one to two months.
Airlines, lounges, insurers, banks and other suppliers deliver the benefits, under their own terms, privacy practices and eligibility rules. Veloxverse arranges them as a booking agent, referral partner or facilitator and is not the airline, lounge, insurer or bank. VeloxCredit provides credit assistance and is not the lender.
It is the maximum you could receive, not a promise of that amount. Every “up to” figure, the cashback amounts and the reward points, may come out lower, and the confirmed amount is disclosed before the qualifying transaction proceeds.
